At Raw Potential Canberra, we provide proactive, nonjudgemental outreach services to at-risk or homeless youth, aged 12 to 25 years.
Every day we provide rapid response support to at-risk youth that are doing it the toughest. Our mobile vans operate daily - patrolling the streets in the ACT, connecting with homeless youth and providing immediate assistance including water, food, clean clothing & offer help and support to facilitate medium term housing.
We are 100% reliant on the kindness and generosity of local Canberrans.
